This Agreement is governed by, and shall be interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the State of Michigan, USA. Any disputes or interpretations of these Terms of Service will be resolved under Michigan law. This ensures predictability about which legal rules apply in case of a disagreement.
Any content you input into our AI services and any output generated is private to you. No other user or third party can access the content generated for you, unless you choose to share it. You retain ownership of your inputs and all AI-generated output produced for you. We do not claim ownership over the material created for you.
We will not share or disclose your content or AI outputs with others. Your content will only be used as necessary for providing the service to you, complying with applicable law, and enforcing our policies. We will not use your content to develop or improve our services without your explicit permission. The AI provider keeps your data confidential and does not expose your prompts or results to other users or use them for other purposes, unless you opt in. The generated content is accessible only to you and the service internally as needed, and is not visible to anyone else.
Our service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties. We are not making any guarantees about the correctness, accuracy, or reliability of AI-generated output. Users should be informed that they use the AI at their own risk.
AI-generated content may be incorrect, incomplete, or misleading, and we do not warrant the quality or accuracy of any results. Output may not always be accurate and should not be relied upon as factual or professional advice without independent verification. AI responses are for informational purposes and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and evaluating the output before using it, especially for any important or sensitive purposes.

We are not liable for any harm or losses arising from the content the AI generates. You explicitly agree that our company will not be held responsible for any content generated by the AI or any consequences of using that content. This includes situations where the AI's output is incorrect, harmful, or offensive.
If you choose to act on advice or information given by the AI, or publish AI-generated material, any resulting outcomes or damages are at your own risk. We cannot be sued or held liable for errors in the AI's response or for how you decide to use that response.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, or any harm resulting from use of the AI service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you cannot hold the company responsible for the AI's content or any mistakes.
To maintain a safe and lawful service, these Terms outline acceptable use rules and reserve our right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. If you are entering inappropriate prompts, abusing the AI tools, or otherwise violating the terms or policies, we may act up to and including deleting your account.
Certain uses are prohibited, including but not limited to: illegal activities, harassment, hateful or pornographic content, attempts to break the system, or any other abuse. Breaking these rules can result in loss of access. You agree to hold yourself accountable for appropriate use of our services.
Termination Rights: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in behavior that harms the service or other users. We may choose to warn you before proceeding with account termination for minor violations. However, for major or repeated violations, we may terminate your account immediately without prior warning.
If an account is terminated for cause (your fault), you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees you've paid, and any remaining subscription time or credits are forfeited due to the breach. This discourages abuse and protects the company from having to compensate users who were removed for misconduct.
If you subscribe to our service on a subscription basis, the following terms apply:
Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term (monthly or annually) unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. If you do nothing, you will be charged for the next period when the current period ends.
Authorization of Charges: By agreeing to these Terms, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method automatically at renewal for the subscription fee, until you cancel. The subscription will renew at the then-current price. If the price changes, you will be notified in advance and can cancel if you don't agree to the new price.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. To avoid being charged for the next renewal period, you must cancel before the renewal date. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of your pre-paid subscription term, but it will not renew thereafter.
No Partial Refunds for Late Cancellation: Once a new billing cycle has begun, charges are generally non-refundable for that period. If you cancel the subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial periods or unused services, except where required by law. Mid-term cancellations won't get money back for the remaining days of the month/year, but you also won't be charged again thereafter.
We may modify or update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the revised Terms on our website (with an updated "Last Updated" date) and, for significant changes, may also send an email or in-app notification to users. This ensures you aren't blindsided by changes.
By continuing to use the service after an update, you agree to the revised Terms. Continued use of the service after the Terms change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the service. This gives you a choice: accept the new terms or discontinue use.
This ensures we can adapt our terms as needed (due to new features, legal requirements, etc.) while keeping you informed.
